About the author: Toni Monné is a journalist and has always been linked to various publications about cooking and gastronomy. He founded and led for more than ten years two of the best-selling cooking magazines in Spain ("Cocina Fácil" y "Comer Bien"). He also directed the magazine "Lecturas Especial Cocina", littlebooks collection "Con Mucho Gusto" and he has been editorial consultant for "Comer y Beber".
