Javier de Riba is a Catalan designer who set up a low-cost urban project to improve poor and abandoned places. Creative, Catalan artist and designer born in Barcelona. He is part of the collective Reskate Arts & Crafts with which he develops graphic and communicative projects linked to sustainability and humane treatment. For his part, his concern leads him to question his personal style in each project to put it at the service of communication. For him each piece asks for his aesthetic and ventures to try new techniques and styles. A constant struggle against tics in favor of versatility.

Javier de Riba retakes the aesthetics of the hydraulic tiles to make a change of skin in the spaces. From tile joints, island-shaped geometry flourishes within a careless environment. Working the skin of the support, layered, covering and uncovering it, his intervention pays attention in unattended places. FLOORS is a project that proposes a change of perspective and explores the power of the union.  ·  ·  intsgram/twitter: @javierderiba
