We guarantee the security and confidentiality of all your data provided. Remember that in order to make a purchase, you must first register as a user. Your data will become part of the Oniricat.cat file (see Data Protection section in Frequent questions).
We offer you three secure payment systems so you can choose the one that suits you best:
-Credit or debit card through Banco Sabadell virtual POS or Paypal
Our electronic payment system with credit or debit card is attached to the secure electronic payment gateway of Banco Sabadell (Redsys). The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption system provides complete transient security of the data over the network.
We are also affiliated with Paypal, recognized international secure payment system, with which you need to have activated a PayPal account and you must indicate to your server the details of your card. After confirming the order will open the Paypal page and you must enter the username and password and once the payment has been confirmed, the user will be redirected back to our website.
If you choose this payment system, Oniricat.cat will send you an email with the necessary data to make the bank transfer. As a concept of the transfer you must enter your name and surname, this way the transfer will be associated with the order. You must send to email@example.com the proof that you have done the transfer. The purchased products will be reserved instantly for 5 days, but the order will not be sent until after receiving the transfer. The costs of processing the bank transfer will be borne by the customer.
Shipping is by express courier. The cost per order up to 5 kilos will be € 5.40 for the territory of Catalonia, € 6.90 for the rest of the Peninsula and € 12.90 for the Balearic Islands. In case of exceeding this weight, the specific case will be studied. For other destinations, will be detailed each case in particular.
Before finalizing the order you will see exactly how much it costs the shipment and, therefore, when you will spend with your order. In Catalonia from a purchase of € 69 (regardless of the quantity of products) the shipment will be free. In the rest of the Peninsula from a purchase of 90 € (regardless of the quantity of products) the shipment will be free.
The delivery is done by means of carrier. In case you do not find anyone at the place of destination, you will leave a statement, to get in touch and to agree a new day and time of delivery.
In case the carrier does not find the recipient a second time, the postage must be paid again, since the order will be returned to the place of issue.
Shipments will be delivered between approximately 24 and 48 hours for Catalonia and the rest of the Peninsula. For other destinations, will vary the delivery time depending on the destination which will be duly detailed (not counting the weekend, nor holidays).
Returns & exchanges
-All Oniricat.cat products can be exchanged or returned within 24 hours of receipt of an order, having previously communicated the return to the phone 0034 934642920 or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
-The products must be returned in perfect condition and no product containing signs of having been used will be accepted.
-The products must be sent by certified mail and be possible with the original packaging or with another that also guarantees the safety of the products.
-The shipping costs to our facilities must be made by the interested customer and if the specific case allows, will be paid to the customer. No package will be accepted that arrives at cash on delivery.
-The money referring to a refund will be refunded by the payment method used.
-Once verified that everything is correct, the amount will be refunded regarding the products returned or the one of the returned order. As provided in the law, the amount relating to shipping costs is excluded because it is a subcontracted service.
-The return period of the amount will be as short as possible and will never exceed 30 days.
Cancellation of an order in progress
-You can cancel an order in progress as long as it has not been shipped. In this case the treatment will be like a return.
-To cancel an order in progress, an email must be sent to email@example.com or call 0034 934642920.
-If you have paid the order, the money will be returned in full in the shortest possible time.
Change of products requested by the customer
-The changes that have been requested will be made and, where appropriate, will be refunded or the price difference will be charged. The cost of sending the change from the customer to Oniricat.cat will be borne by the customer.
-Once the change has been made, the shipping costs referring to the last shop/customer journey will be borne by Oniricat.cat
Change of products by mistake of Oniricat.cat or damage to the product
-Oniricat.cat will accept the return of the merchandise when due to causes imputable to it, the requested product does not correspond to the one requested by the customer or if the merchandise was not supplied to it within the period previously indicated Oniricat.cat
-We will refund the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it is unable to serve.
-All products that contain manufacturing errors, defects or that have suffered damages during the transport will be changed. In this respect Oniricat.cat will be in accordance with the Law of Defective Products, proceeding to immediately replace the product with another with identical conditions and benefits.
-In no case will a product that has suffered damages by a bad use by the customer.
-Once verified that everything is correct, the amount will be paid in relation to the shipping costs of the customer/shop route.
-The shipping costs referring to the last shop/customer journey will be borne by Oniricat.cat

For obvious reasons, returns of products that show clear evidence of having been used or have some kind of malfunction or manipulation will not be accepted. We do not accept any package that carries amount to pay for shipping (refund). It is necessary for the customer to pay the shipment and then, if necessary, we will refund the amount or we will add some product of equal value and/or higher.
